By increasing the health of school teachers' job motivation increases‌ in‌ selected cities. This finding contrasts with the‌ second‌ part‌ of Herzberg's theory. Finally, to conclude, we‌ can‌ say that this study Herzberg's theory is generally not endorse the second part‌ of‌ the theory is different. Perhaps‌ this‌ is due‌ to‌ the‌ difference in various regions and communities‌, the‌ factors that cause different motivation and satisfaction. This is because the properties‌ of‌ cultural, economic, social and motivational factors‌ will affect the community‌.
