INTRODUCTION

Nutrition has an indispensable role in the daily lives of individuals. Food that is chosen wisely‌ can‌ contain all the nutrients necessary for normal human actions. One of the good habits that will positively influence the nutrition balance, physical growth, school performance and learning is eating‌ breakfast‌.
