These findings are consistent‌ With‌ the result of feyz Khademi et al (2010), and inconsistent with the‌ results‌ of Shaykh et al. (2006) &‌; Attarzadeh hosseini (2005).

Also‌ results‌ showed that the in the‌ two‌ groups there was a significant difference in the rate of loneliness. There are significant‌ differences‌ between athletes and non-the‌ disabled‌ in‌ loneliness that supports‌ beneficial‌ effect of psychosocial sporting‌ activities‌. According to descriptive statistics, we can conclude that the athletes compared to non-athletes‌ are‌ less likely to feel lonely, That‌ these‌ results is‌ consistent‌ with‌ the results of Grace‌ Khademi et al. (2010), Turabi, Attarzadeh hosseini (2005) and Sheikh et al. (2006).

Correlation test‌ results‌ showed that the between loneliness and‌ internal‌ source‌ of‌ control‌ in athletes there‌ is‌ a significant negative correlation. These findings with respect to the exercise theoretical foundations were not unexpected. Because‌ results‌ have‌ shown that people with physical activity and‌ exercise‌ are‌ less‌ likely‌ to‌ suffer from loneliness and non-athlete group had a mean feeling more alone than other group. These results are consistent with findings by Sheikh et al (2006) and‌ Turabi and Attarzadeh hosseini (2004) is consistent.

The results of this study, revealed the role of exercise in modulating the structure of personality and mental health and will be identified‌ the‌ importance of such studies for coaches and officials. Recent findings suggest that exercise improves psychological conditions such as emotional states and self-recognition, feeling close and physical exercise is‌ proper‌ way for achieving good mental Conditions.
