RESULTS

The results of the correlated t-test showed‌ that‌ effectiveness of morning programs on a number of physical fitness factors (cardio-respiratory endurance, muscles of the shoulder girdle endurance, agility, speed, explosive power, flexibility) were significant (p>0.05), but‌ the‌ influence‌ of other factors (abdominal muscle‌ endurance‌, B.M.I) were‌ not significant (p<0.05).

CONCLUSIONS

Morning training for 8 weeks is effective on some of students’ physical fitness factors.
