In general, this research shows that aerobic exercise after 4 weeks whit zinc oxide supplements affects the liver tissue. a) saline & exercise: normal liver inflammation and canonical hyperemia (1- central vein, 2-hepatocytes) b) exercise group & oxide (5-dilation of sinusoids)."

combination‌ of‌ Zinc is Iron-Oxide zno form, that it would be preferable for two reasons: once, it‌ has‌ the‌ highest Zinc concentrations in itself and the other one is the high‌ absorption‌ in‌ the body, digestive system are also better tolerated. Some researches has shown that zinc‌ oxide‌ has‌ toxic effect on the cells. (5) In this study, effects of zinc oxide supplement consumption‌ with‌ combined with exercise on liver histology was assessed.

METHODS

This study performed on‌ 35‌ number‌ of 6-8 weeks Wister male rats with an average initial weight

150-170 g. These animals‌ after‌ one week introduction with the new environment and the activities on the treadmill‌, divided‌ by‌ 5 group which contain 7 rats. These groups are: control, saline, saline with exercise, zinc oxide, zinc‌ oxide‌ with exercise. The exercise program is contained running on no slope treadmill‌ for‌ 29‌-44 minutes and 15 to 18 meter per minutes speed. The amount of Zinc oxide‌ according‌ with‌ 1 mg per kg body weight, for 4 weeks, 5 days per week, intraperitoneally were‌ injected‌ to supplemental groups. Saline received groups, was injected 0.9% physiologic solution as the same amount. 48 hours‌ after‌ the last training session and after 12-10 hours of fasting, liver‌ biopsy‌ was performed to investigate the structure.

CONCLUSION

According to optical microscope observation‌ with‌ 400x magnification, normal liver tissue‌ was‌ observed in‌ the‌ saline‌ control group. In the saline and‌ exercise‌ group focal inflammation and slight congestion of the liver tissue was observed‌. In‌ oxide group, inflammation in the parenchyma‌ and hyperemia in the‌ central‌ venous was observed. In exercise‌ with‌ supplemental zinc oxide group, parenchymal inflammation and congestion at the port with dilation‌ of‌ sinusoids in higher oxidation was‌ observed‌, that‌ is probably due‌ to‌ higher blood flow during‌ sports‌ activities is the cells. Maybe inflammation results changes vessels diameter, increasing blood flow and‌ leukocyte‌ migration and accumulation of them at‌ the‌ center of‌ the‌ damage‌ in order to remove‌ the attacker, which if it associated with exercise, hyperemia will be result cause of high‌

blood‌ flow among the exercise.
