CONCLUSIONS

The results of present research showed that overweight individuals than normal‌ subjects‌ and Obese than other groups‌ in‌ all four‌ conditions‌ of‌ the study had greater sway in‌ the‌ center of pressure. The results show the negative impact of overweight on‌ postural‌ control system. These results is consistent‌ with Ailton (2012) and‌ Mngvny‌ (2011) results But it contradicts‌ with‌ D'Hondt (2011). These results indicate The important role of vision inputs in postural‌ control‌ and It also requires more‌ cognitive‌ resources‌ to modulate the‌ postural‌ changes in obese and‌ overweight‌ People.

Findings of this research provides potential clinical evidence to maintain optimal weight in‌ order‌ better balance performance And can be‌ a starting‌ point for‌ further‌ research‌ to design balance exercises‌ with sensory considerations to prevent obese People falls. Also given that the Postural instability is‌ one‌ of the limiting factors in motor‌ resolver‌ health‌ and‌ independence‌ of the elderly‌, especially‌ elderly women, Recommended that the impact of overweight and obesity on postural control in elderly studied‌. It‌ is‌ suggested that the impact of overweight and‌ obesity‌ on‌ postural‌ control‌ in‌ patients with sensory-motor problems such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, sensory neuropathy, etc. are examined.
