Abstract:
Cursing the evil can be divided into general and particular. There is no doubt about the religious teachings about the permission and the implementation of the general curses against the vice, and to some extent, we have some religious documents, but for the generalization of the permission in such a way that in the religious communities it becomes legal and universal which leads to the excommunication and subtraction of the Ummah of Islam, it is necessary to examine the essence of cursing, the rationale, the source and ultimately the permissibility of execution. In the present study, by describing and analyzing the dimensions mentioned, we conclude that being committed to piety and precaution is not to abandon general curses and to consider in cursing all aspects of faith, ethics, and jurisprudence in order to not to exit from the path of modesty and the straight path. This is a branch of strengthening awareness and ijtihad about religious doctrines and the consequences of extremism from religion and faith in the history of the uprising and descent of the Islamic nation as well as a branch of the strengthening of faith and the admiration of the good dead.
