Abstract:
ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻫﻨﺮ درﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮔﺮوﻫﯽ ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ روﯾﮑﺮد ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ-رﻓﺘﺎری ﺑﺮ ﻣﯿﺰان اﺑﺮاز وﺟﻮد داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن دﺧﺘﺮ ﺑﻮد. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ ﻋﺪم ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎی ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ روش ﻧﯿﻤﻪ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻃﺮح ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ ﭘﯿﺶ آزﻣﻮن ﭘﺲ آزﻣﻮن ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ ﮔﺸﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری دراﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ داﺷﺠﻮﯾﺎن دﺧﺘﺮ ﺳﺎل اول داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯿﺎن ﻣﺮﮐﺰ آﻣﻮزش ﻋﺎﻟﯽ ﺷﻬﯿﺪ ﺑﺎﻫﻨﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ در ﻧﯿﻤﺴﺎل اول ﺳﺎل ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ1398-99 ﻣﺸﻐﻮل ﺑﻪ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻞ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮی دراﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮی در دﺳﺘﺮس ﺑﻮده و ﺗﻌﺪاد 30 ﻧﻔﺮ) 15 ﻧﻔﺮ ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ و 15 ﻧﻔﺮ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل (از داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن دﺧﺘﺮ رﺷﺘﻪ ﻋﻠﻮم ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺘﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در دو ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ و ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺰﯾﻦ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوری داده ﻫﺎ، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺑﺮاز وﺟﻮد ﮔﻤﺒﺮﯾﻞ و رﯾﭽﯽ) 1975 (ﺑﻮد. ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ در ﻣﻌﺮض ﻣﺘﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ ﻫﻨﺮ درﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮔﺮوﻫﯽ ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ روﯾﮑﺮد ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ-رﻓﺘﺎری ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ و ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﻫﯿﭻ ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ ای را درﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﻧﮑﺮد. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ از آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ) ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ، اﻧﺤﺮاف ﻣﻌﯿﺎر (و آﻣﺎر اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ) آزﻣﻮن ﮐﻮوارﯾﺎﻧﺲ (اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از آن ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﻫﻨﺮ درﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮔﺮوﻫﯽ ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ روﯾﮑﺮد ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ-رﻓﺘﺎری ﺑﺮ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ اﺑﺮاز وﺟﻮد داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن دﺧﺘﺮ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داری داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of group art therapy based on cognitive-behavioral approach on the expression of female students. Due to the lack of control of all influential variables, this study was conducted through a quasi-experimental method, which was based on a pre-test-post-test research design with a control group. The statistical population in this study was all female students of the first year of Farhangian University, Shahid Bahonar Higher Education Center of Tehran, who were studying in the first semester of the 2009-2010 academic year. Sampling method In this study, sampling was available and 30 people (15 in the experimental group and 15 in the control group) of female students of educational sciences were selected as a sample and randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups. Data collection tool was Gambrill and Ritchie (1975) Expression Questionnaire. The experimental group was exposed to the independent variable of group art therapy based on cognitive-behavioral approach and the control group did not receive any intervention. Descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (covariance test) were used to analyze the data. The results showed that group art therapy based on cognitive-behavioral approach had a significant effect on increasing the expression of female students.
