Abstract:
This research was conducted to investigate the mechanisms influencing the entrepreneurial behavior of employees in the Jihad-e-Keshavarzi Management of Jahrom County. The research is descriptive-correlational and was conducted using a survey method. The statistical population consisted of 102 staff experts of the Jihad-e-Keshavarzi Management of Jahrom County, who were studied using the census method. Finally, 92 questionnaires were collected and analyzed. The data collection tool was a questionnaire whose validity was obtained by obtaining the opinions of professors of the Agricultural Extension and Education Group of Tarbiat Modares University and experts of the Jihad-e-Keshavarzi Management of Jahrom County. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaire after conducting a pre-test was between 0.71 and 0.89. The results of the correlation between variables showed a positive and significant relationship between the variable of employees' entrepreneurial behavior and the variables of organizational support perception, networking behavior, and emotional intelligence. Based on the results of regression analysis, the three variables of organizational support perception, networking behavior, and emotional intelligence can explain about 48% of the changes in the dependent variable of employees' entrepreneurial behavior.
