Abstract:
The science of Qira'at (recitation) is a science concerning the recitation of the Quran, which is the word of revelation and the eternal miracle of the noble Prophet (PBUH). Therefore, identifying the differences in the recitations of Quranic words and examining their role in interpretations has special importance. In this writing, cases of difference among the seven reciters regarding certain words of Surah Al-Isra have been examined, and the interpretive differences of these cases have been analyzed comparatively. Additionally, the extent of the difference, based on the narration of Hafs from Asim as the most famous recitation, has been specified by tables and charts, and the role of difference in the recitations of certain words of this Surah in changing or not changing the meanings of its words and verses has been considered. In conducting this research, we have utilized library resources and analytical and descriptive methods. This research showed that the claim of the non-occurrence of distortion in the Quran refers to the non-occurrence of distortion through addition and subtraction in the Quran, not to all types of distortion; because semantic distortion has occurred in the form of various translations and interpretations. Of course, the issue of 'difference in recitations' is a verbal distortion, but the extent of their impact on the meanings of the words of the verses of Surah Al-Isra has been slight, and mostly and ultimately, the same concept of the verse has been obtained. Sometimes changes such as exaggeration, emphasis, or 'iltifat' (grammatical shift) from the third person to the second person or vice versa, or in singular and plural forms, have occurred. In some cases, it has also led to a semantic change in the verse. Out of a total of 28 cases of difference in recitation in Surah Al-Isra, 12 cases are accompanied by semantic change and 16 cases are without semantic change.
Machine summary:
Additionally, the extent of the difference, based on the narration of Hafs from Asim as the most famous recitation, has been specified by table and chart, and the role of the difference in the recitations of some words of this Surah in changing or not changing the meanings of its words and verses has been considered.
13) Out of the total verses of Surah al-Isra, there are 28 cases where a difference in Qira'at exists with the famous recitation, 16 of which have not created a change in the meaning of the words.
1. Difference in Qira'at in the compound word "أَلاَّ تَتَّخِذُوا" Abu Amr al-Basri, an Iranian, read the word with "ya" (yatakhidhu) and the rest of the reciters read it with "ta" (tatakhidhu) (Al-Dani, 1428, vol.
Difference in the recitation of the compound phrase "لِیسُوؤُا وُجُوهَكُمْ" - Abu Bakr, Ibn Amir, and Hamzah have recited the word "لیَسُوءَ" with a 'ya' in the accusative case and with a single hamza.
Differences in interpretive views regarding the difference in the recitation of "یبَشِّرُ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ" Some have considered the purpose of the word "یبَشِّرُ" to be the glad tidings of a reward, which is Paradise (Ibn al-Jawzi, 1422, vol.
2. Differences in interpretive views regarding the difference in the recitation of “أَعْمى” It has been said that the second occurrence of the word “أعمی” in this verse is in the superlative form; meaning: فهو فى الآخرة اعمى منه فى الدنیا; in the hereafter, he is more blind and will not find the paths of reward, and this is supported by “اضل سبیلا”; Therefore, Abu Amr and Yaqub did not recite it with imala.
