Abstract:
The creature and protection of motivations for active and purposeful participation، and sense of being valuable within each systems and groups has changed to a strategic purpose and long-term goal for leaders، managers and custodians of Social Affairs. Certainly Basij، mobilization، as the most spontaneous organization in Iran that has had fundamental institution in the politics - social and cultural - religion scenes from the earliest days of Islamic Revolution، is not an exception. This article، based on a research aimed at "Cognition of the factors that affects to the presence and participation in Basij’s programs and activities"; attempts to achieve the amount and types of motivations the presence and active participation in Basij’s programs and activities. The required information was collected through two main methods to answer the main aims of questions of research objectives. First، in the theoretical part، we have acted to obtain the theoretical model of research، literature، principles and theoretical framework and theoretical explanations of variables، by note taking and theoretical topics summarization of the resources، data and information، through the related resources and documents. Second، in the part of practical measurement and access to survey data، we acted through the survey method by using the made tools and questionnaires، and also interviews، in the preliminary stage and determination the variable range R. According to all of the research data، it seems that the most of internal or external motivational factors، and basic variables that were listed in the theoretical model of the effecting factors to motivations of presence and participation in Basij’s programs، influence to the presence and participation. Also، all internal and external factors، except for social class background، and all variables، except for gender، affect seriously in the presence and participation in Basij.
