According to the author, a comprehensive approach to the discussed circumstances indicates that the time-based strategy was the mechanism through which air power achieved success. The time-based strategy was the mechanism through which air power, by acting upon it, resolved the temporal inconsistencies between political and military necessities. In the wars discussed in this research, air power has acted through the mechanism of time-based strategy to resolve these tensions.
