Abstract:
Despite the fact that some of the works of great Shii scholars have been destroyed during some tragic events، yet some passages from them have been cited in the books compiled by Sunni scholars. One of these works is a rijali book compiled by Ali bn Hakam a great scholar of Halab in the sixth century A.H. some parts of it have been cited in Ibn Hajar `Asqalani's Lisan al-Mizan. Some bibliographers have mistakenly ascribed it to a 261 scholar with the same name in the third century A.H.in the present paper، the author tries to prove his claim and reconstruct this rijal work so that more scientific heritages of Shia in Halab are brought to light.

" 2) Another piece of evidence is the statement that Ibn Hajar narrates from Ali bin al-Hakam from al-Hasan bin Mahbub; "al-Harith bin Muhammad bin al-Nu'man Abu Muhammad bin Abi Ja'far al-Bajali al-Kufi; Ali bin al-Hakam said: He was one of the leaders of Hadith in the knowledge of the Hadith of Ahl al-Bayt.
Ibrahim bin Isa bin Ayyub al-Khazzar al-Kufi Ali bin al-Hakam and others mentioned him in Rijal al-Shi'a and said he narrated from al-Sadiq and al-Kazim (peace be upon them); al-Hasan bin Mahbub and others narrated from him (Vol. 1, p.
