Abstract:
One aspect of the miracle of the Quran is its numerical miracle. This means that even in the frequency of the use of its words, a precision and subtlety have been employed that is beyond the capacity of an ordinary human. The number of certain words is related to the natural state of their referents in the external world, and the number of some others is proportional to other words with which a relationship such as similarity or contrast is established. Although this issue had attracted the attention of some scholars of Quranic sciences in the past, its fundamental emergence and manifestation is in the present era, which is the era of the advancement of precise electronic machines.

In a situation where the honorable Prophet of Islam(s) recited the verses of the Quran to the people over 23 years in proportion to events and questions, it would not have been possible without divine revelation for him to speak in such a way that the number of his words would become proportional; and even assuming the impossible that he had engaged in such an act, he would certainly have considered it one of the most important merits of the Quran and communicated it to the Muslims.
Also, Professor Abdul Razzaq Nofal has written a book titled "The Numerical Miracle in the Holy Quran" and in it, he has stated cases of connection and proportion between Quranic words.
One of the most interesting cases of numerical miracles is the words that have been used 12 times in the Holy Quran and are related to the twelve Imams (as) of the Shiites.

In a case under the title "Siyam, Sabr, Darajat, and Shafaqat," we read: The word "Sawm" and all its derivatives are mentioned 14 times in the Holy Quran; as the term "Al-Siyam" appears 8 times, and the forms "Sawman", "Siyaman", "Tasumu", "Falyasumhu", "Al-Sa'imin", and "Al-Sa'imat" each appear 1 time.
That is, if the Holy Quran wants to observe this proportion regarding the word "Sa'ah" as well, it should repeat it 8760 times, which is a very large number, whereas this word does not seem important enough for its mention to be so appropriate.
28 In this way, the sum of his possessions, which is mentioned a total of 368 times in the Quran, is equal to the number of times the word "Insan" and its derivatives and synonyms appear.
