Abstract:
After defining Falah as divine pleasure and reaching Paradise, we referred to religious sources to find the method of attaining it. After the investigations conducted, we concluded that achieving Falah depends on acquiring faith in Almighty God and righteous deeds; however, both are tied to the issue called intention, because faith was a type of inclination and considered a prerequisite for intention, and action must also gain eligibility, both in terms of the deed and the doer. Then, by exploring religious texts and rational proofs, we concluded that the only way to achieve Falah is sincere intention. We then proceeded to categorize the Quranic verses regarding the impact of intention on reaching Falah, which resulted in dividing the Quranic verses into three categories based on: the acceptance of deeds from sincere intentions, the non-acceptance of the deeds of hypocrites, and retribution based on intentions.

4 By putting the above verse and the prophetic narration together, one can conclude that since the only thing a human possesses and belongs to them is their endeavor (which is a general title and needs specific instances to be defined), and since for everyone their intentions remain and they are the owners of their own intentions, then the instance of endeavor is considered to be intention, and it is only intention that can bring us a step closer to Sheikh Hurr al-Amili, Muhammad bin Hassan, Wasail al-Shia, Vol. 1, p.
