Nowadays, information and communication technology has emerged as a powerful tool in responding to educational challenges and has created new horizons in the educational world by providing the possibility of accessing information databases at any time and place; however, we also face obstacles and limitations in schools. The purpose of writing this research is to investigate the impact of various dimensions (definition, obstacles, and advantages) of information technology in the educational system, particularly in primary schools. The present research has been written using a scientific-review method and utilizes scientific documents and records in this field. Finally, after conducting investigations in this area, the result obtained is that information technology has found its position and identity in today's information age. On the other hand, its application and development face challenges and obstacles that require identification, resolution, and the formulation of appropriate policies. New information technologies have an extraordinary ability to change and reshape teaching and learning activities in all educational institutions and provide facilities for designing modern scientific environments that were not possible before.

Education and Training of Zanjan Province, Abhar County, teacher at Noor Elm Elementary School Abstract Nowadays, information and communication technology has emerged as a powerful tool in responding to educational challenges and, by providing the possibility of accessing information databases at any time and place, has created new horizons in the educational world; however, we also face obstacles and limitations in schools.
However, despite the many advantages that the use of information and communication technology has in the teaching and learning process, there have always been obstacles in the way of users, especially schools, in utilizing the capabilities of this new human achievement.
Zarei Zavarki and Salmiyan (1395) also, in their research related to the subject of this study, reached the conclusion that the challenges facing primary schools in the field of applying information and communication technology include: equipment-technical weakness, cultural weakness, motivational-educational weakness of teachers, management and planning infrastructure weakness, and financial and economic weakness.
Research Background Many studies have been conducted regarding the subject of the present research, which we will address below: Zarei Zavarki and Salmiyan (1395), in a study titled "Basic Challenges of Applying Information and Communication Technology in Primary Education," concluded that these challenges include equipment-technical weakness, cultural weakness, motivational weakness, teacher training, management and planning infrastructure, and financial and economic weakness.
The integration of technology into the school curriculum is not limited to the mere application of technology, but is a complex interactive process in which the teacher, based on their understanding of technological capabilities, educational theories, cultural contexts of learning, methods of teaching and assessment, student conditions, and subject matter characteristics, must create appropriate situations and combinations (Seraji and Rostami, 1395).
