Abstract:
In this research titled 'Transformation in the educational system with a focus on improving teaching methods in secondary school,' an effort has been made to examine the role of teachers' teaching methods in enhancing the quality of education and achieving transformation in the educational system. Given the special importance of the second stage of secondary school in shaping the academic and career paths of students, improving the teaching-learning process during this period can have a profound impact on the individual and social development of students. The main goal of this study is to identify the various dimensions of teaching methods, their impact on effective learning, and to examine the existing challenges and opportunities for educational transformation. The present research was conducted using qualitative and descriptive methods, and its information was collected through the study of theoretical resources, analysis of educational experiences, examination of the views of educators, and content analysis of related texts. This method has allowed the researcher to look at the phenomenon of education in secondary schools from a deeper perspective and to identify effective and ineffective patterns that exist in the teaching process. The results of this study show that utilizing modern, active, and student-centered teaching methods has a significant impact on increasing students' motivation, mental engagement, creativity, and deep learning. Additionally, the lack of sufficient training for teachers, the rigid structure of the evaluation system, resource limitations, and a traditional view of education are among the most important obstacles to implementing these methods. Finally, the research emphasizes the necessity of empowering teachers, reviewing educational content, and providing supportive environments for implementing modern teaching methods, as these factors can pave the way for sustainable transformation in the educational system.
Machine summary:
Given the special importance of the second stage of secondary school in shaping the academic and career paths of students, improving the teaching-learning process during this period can have a profound impact on the individual and social development of students.
The teacher is one of the most fundamental pillars of the education and training system, and their role in secondary school is considered a very key and decisive role in the quality of the teaching-learning process, the intellectual and educational growth of students, and ultimately, the transformation of the entire structure of education and training.
Teaching can be defined as follows: the process of designing, guiding, and managing learning in such a way that the learner can, by engaging in intellectual, practical, and social activities, attain new concepts, develop the ability to analyze and think, and apply knowledge in real-life situations (Safavi, 2001).
Teaching is not merely the teacher standing in front of the blackboard and speaking; rather, it also includes instructional planning, the use of diverse resources, designing group activities, time management, creating a healthy emotional atmosphere, and effective assessment of learning.
Ultimately, it must be said that the teacher's teaching method plays a key role in creating motivation, increasing the quality of learning, and blossoming the talents of students in secondary school.
5-3-6) Enhancing teachers' communicative and emotional skills: Teaching methods are not limited only to instructional techniques; rather, the way a teacher communicates with students, classroom management style, and the ability to understand the psychological and social conditions of learners play an important role in educational success.
