Classroom management in secondary school is one of the fundamental pillars of the success of educational processes. This stage is a time when students are in a sensitive stage of cognitive, social, and emotional development, and for this reason, they require special attention to classroom management. Classroom management is not only related to controlling undesirable student behaviors but also to creating an organized, supportive, and engaging environment for learning. Teachers in secondary school must employ skills to establish clear rules and expectations, create positive interaction with students, and use diverse teaching methods to maintain classroom order and increase students' intrinsic motivation for active participation in educational activities. Research shows that effective classroom management helps reduce undesirable behaviors and improve the quality of learning. When a teacher manages the classroom space well and provides appropriate conditions for student participation, students are placed in a safe and structured environment that leads to increased focus and participation in the teaching and learning process. Additionally, effective management strengthens teacher-student relationships, increases their self-confidence, and reduces behavioral disturbances. Therefore, classroom management training is essential for secondary school teachers so they can guide students on the path of effective learning. Ultimately, success in classroom management has a direct impact on improving the quality of education and will pave the way for achieving educational goals in secondary school.
