Abstract:
Anger management is one of the essential and necessary skills in life. This writing has attempted to explain and highlight the anger management strategies in the Kafi book, 'Bab al-Ghadab'. Most hadiths focus on cognitive strategies; however, behavioral strategies are also seen among the hadiths of this chapter.
