Abstract:
Unity and the people's companionship with the government is one of the most important factors for the success of societies. The solutions for creating empathy and common language in two areas—the factors of nation-government empathy and government-nation empathy—are worth examining. Nahj al-Balagha, as the political manifesto of the Shia, holds a special position in this field. Amir al-Mu'minin (AS) has expressed various strategies for creating empathy and common language between the government and the nation. Comparing and analyzing these principles with the views of psychologists is of great importance. This research, on one hand, examines the most important principles and effective methods of rulers for gaining the people's companionship with the government from the perspective of Nahj al-Balagha and psychology, and on the other hand, proves the alignment and suitability of these principles with the views of psychologists. The goal of this research is to discover the view of Amir al-Mu'minin (AS) regarding the duties of rulers toward the people as a superior theory in this regard. The application of the criteria provided in this research by the Islamic government leads to effective convergence of the nation with the government. One of the benefits of this research is that it presents the principles and methods of creating empathy in two sections. Keywords:.
