Abstract:
The aim of the present research is to investigate the impact of positive and effective communication between teachers and students on increasing student motivation in virtual classrooms. To this end, in order to solve the problem of the lack of positive communication between teachers and students and consequently the lack of learning motivation in students, existing research in this field was examined. Based on the research findings, solutions to solve this problem were reached; then, among the proposed solutions, paying attention to the individuality of students and establishing a sincere connection with them was selected as the top idea and implemented in five steps while adhering to principles. The results show that the teacher has been largely successful in establishing a positive relationship and increasing student motivation. However, given the limitations of virtual space, the relationships between teachers and students, as well as the level of students' learning motivation, are of lower quality compared to in-person classes. It is appropriate for the teacher to consider ways to improve the current situation through more investigation and effort, so that students can communicate more with the teacher and, consequently, their learning motivation increases.

Considering the results obtained from the aforementioned studies, the teacher must strive, above all else in the virtual space, to establish a positive emotional connection between themselves and the students, providing the groundwork to attract more students to the classroom so that students can engage in learning in a completely calm environment without distraction and stress.
