Abstract:
The aim of this study is to examine the interplay impact of divorce and couples delinquency in SHahrekord. The method of research is descriptive. In this study first criminal was explained from different views and then made it clear that how much couples delinquency affect divorce and how much divorce affect couples delinquency. And then effective factors on divorce mentioned by using of library studying such as: thesis, books, magazines, books and articles written sites in the field of divorce pathology and as well as interviews with 25people from the family court judges, sociology and laws scholars , divorce and Justice experts and questionnaire with 27 articles extracted and were available to the sample of the study, which included 214people associated with the issue (of those who have or divorce cases related to the topic in this field ). According to the opinion of some commentator the validity of the questionnaire with the use of Cronbach alpha reliability were verified and the stability of the questionnaire is 75% . Findings of this study were analized by using of analyzing variance tests and the ranking of Feridman and analysis. The results showed that all factors affecting the divorce, such as the individual factors and character , economic , cultural and social so much on the issue of divorce. Also divorce has a direct impact on Crime.

Alternative Hypothesis (H1): There is a relationship between social components (occupation of delinquent spouses) and divorce in Shahrekord city.

The results of the ANOVA test in Table 19 indicate that there is a significant difference between the views of respondents at different education levels regarding the effect of spouse delinquency on divorce with 99 percent confidence; therefore, the null hypothesis is not confirmed.
