Abstract:
In this article, a different perspective from what others have previously examined in the Divan of Shahriar is presented. Using a descriptive-analytical method, administrative terms related to Shahriar's periods of employment at two institutions, namely Bank Keshavarzi and the Department of Document and Property Registration, have been extracted and interpreted. In some instances, reference is made to the artistic aspects of verses that have created fresh themes and novel, lasting images through the use of administrative vocabulary and terminology; at the same time, there has been no hesitation in presenting verses where the use of these terms may have impacted the poetic quality of the poet's words.
