Abstract:
The field of international relations today is dazzlingly influenced by cultural factors, and therefore gaining prestige and influence in public opinion, in other words, access to soft power is one of the important goals of governments in international politics and cultural diplomacy, although It is not explicitly stated. Since the teaching of Persian language and literature and the subsequent expansion of this important issue leads to a growing understanding between our culture and other cultures, also the fact that the more people master one language, the cultural influence of that language and in other words power Soft, which is one of the important tools of the country's foreign policy, will become stronger and wider and the influence of foreign culture will be reduced, and all this is because language education and consequently literature (culture and civilization) induces cultural induction in the field of cultural diplomacy. Creates. Therefore, this article seeks to answer the question of the role of language teaching and, consequently, Persian literature in the development of cultural diplomacy and cultural relations with a library method and a descriptive-analytical approach. Findings show the major role of education and development of Persian language and literature in cultural diplomacy by recognizing cultural themes and cultural induction and components of soft power, which is an integral part of the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Thus, the aim of this research is to examine and analyze language teaching in leading countries in the linguistic field and to provide a strategy for expanding the level of Persian language and literature teaching in this regard; because this important tool of soft power, due to its breadth and intellectual and cultural coverage, and by using modern educational tools and purposeful planning, can create and strengthen the greatest achievement of cultural geography without creating tension or imposing heavy costs compared to other strategies, so that the level and depth of cultural diplomacy expands.
; also, all the aforementioned points can be among the effective strategies for teaching and expanding Persian language and literature and utilizing its soft power of cultural imposition under the theory of discourse analysis, which will ultimately lead to the elevation of the level of cultural diplomacy of the Islamic Republic.
