Abstract:
The main objective of the present research is to investigate the impact of school management style on the academic and educational progress of students from the perspective of primary school teachers in Chalous County. The research method in this study is descriptive of the survey type and is applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population consisted of primary school teachers in Chalous County, from which 186 individuals were selected as a sample using Morgan's table and the simple random sampling method. The data collection tools included a management style questionnaire with a reliability of 0.693 and an academic achievement questionnaire with a reliability of 0.851. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to assess the validity of the questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The research findings indicate that school management style had a significant relationship with the academic and educational progress of primary school students in Chalous County.
