This research is applied, its method is descriptive-analytical and field-based, and the statistical population consists of the border villages of Dashli Borun district, Gonbad-e Kavus county. Finally, using descriptive statistics and factor analysis tests in the SPSS software environment, the data were measured and analyzed. The results obtained from the factor analysis test indicated that weaknesses and challenges are classified into four categories (factors).
