Abstract:
This study was undertaken to Identify and investigate the factors that attract people to the Pyramid Companies. This study was based on the theory of innovation and therefore it’s also used from variables in this theory. These variables that are the independent variables, Includes five perceived characteristics of the innovation (relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, visibility, accountability test) and the degree of innovativeness of Individuals and socio-economic characteristics of this theory are (age, gender, education, employment status, and income) and the dependent variable is “attracting people to participate pyramid”. The goal of this research is applied and type of description research and data collection is taken by survey method. In this study, the statistical population (N) includes all those who are living in Tehran and at least once have been member of pyramid companies. To determine the sample size (n) according to Cockran formula, a sample of 269 patients was reached; Random sampling is applied and data collection tool is inventory that was set in the range 5-choice Likert-based questions. Questionnaire is based on the opinions of experts and scholars and experts and its reliability that has been validated using the pilot. The results of the study indicate that with 95% confidence index among the research variables, Variables of relative advantage, Compatibility, Innovativeness, age, Gender and income Impact on attracting people to the pyramid companies. So Based on these factors, the final model of investigation was designed.
