In the noble book "al-Tahqiq fi Kalimat al-Quran," it is also stated that: {/اللّه نورالسّموات و الأرض/} God the Exalted has referred to the extent of His light and His manifestation in the entire system of existence and all worlds, because what is meant by the heavens are the higher and spiritual worlds, and what is meant by the earth is the lower and material world. Or they have interpreted the verse using words such as: Administrator, Illuminator, and Organizer; for example: they considered God the Glorified to be the organizer of existence who has created the world in a "best system," or they described God the Glorified as a source of light that has adorned the heavens with the existence of angels, or that He has illuminated the heavens with the existence of the sun, moon, and stars, and in both cases, He has adorned the earth with the existence of divine prophets, scholars, and human scientists.
