Abstract:
Although numerous articles and books have been written about the life and works of Arzoo, and some of his compositions have been edited and published; it must be admitted that work worthy of his name and status has not yet been performed as it deserves, and existing research is often a cliché repetition of later sources. In this regard, conducting serious and documented research based on original and primary sources seems necessary. The present article has devoted all its efforts to this goal.
