Abstract:
This research investigates the relationship between parental marital satisfaction and the occurrence of behavioral disorders in girls. The purpose of conducting this research is to determine whether there is a significant relationship between parental marital satisfaction and the occurrence of behavioral disorders in girls. The statistical population of this study includes all female elementary school students in the complex educational districts of Isfahan county and their parents. The sample studied in this research consists of one hundred girls, both with and without disorders, and their parents, who were examined across 5 districts of Isfahan province. Results obtained from the research, based on Pearson correlation coefficient, analysis of variance, and multivariate regression, show that there is a significant relationship between parental marital satisfaction and the occurrence of behavioral disorders in girls, but there is no significant relationship between the level of parental satisfaction and their education. However, there is a significant relationship between parenting consensus and behavioral disorders in girls.
