"Afaq-e Noor" aims to adorn these Quranic manuscripts with beauty after technical correction, text stabilization and ornamentation, sourcing, and providing a biography of the author, because the Holy Quran is the only book that in history has commanded the greatest effort, authorship, taste, and art, and consequently, at the threshold of the Holy Quran, thousands of types of writings including translation, interpretation, Quranic sciences, lexicons, and the explanation of teachings and truths have emerged, all of which must be honored and given importance. The list and titles of Quranic manuscript treatises related to the interpretations of verses, Surahs, teachings, and Quranic subjects that have been identified and whose copies have been collected in the institute are available in the "Bayyināt" quarterly journal, issues 24 and 30.
