Abstract:
The main objective of the present study is to investigate the effect of the role of service experience on organizational spirituality and political behavior of employees of the western Mazandaran province’s justice departments. This research is of an applied type in terms of purpose and descriptive and correlational in terms of data collection. A standard questionnaire was used. Data analysis was performed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method, structural equation testing using PLS software. The statistical population of the present study consists of employees of the western Mazandaran justice departments, which include 420 people, of which 201 people will be selected as a simple random sample using the Krejci-Morgan table. The results of the findings indicate that according to the t-test, the paths between the two variables of organizational spirituality and service experience, as well as service experience and political behavior (4.635) are confirmed. Also, according to the t-test, the paths between the two variables of a meaningful feeling at work and service experience, as well as service experience and political behavior (31.805); Feelings of solidarity with others and service history, as well as service history and political behavior (21.707), and alignment with values and service history, as well as service history and political behavior (2.983) are confirmed.
