Abstract:
The present writing - which has been written using an analytical-descriptive method and utilizing library tools - explores the scope of utilizing 'Ardh' (presentation) hadiths in identifying the issuance, indication, and direction of narrations, and thereafter explains the possibility and necessity of presenting hadiths to the Quran from the perspective of the Quran. The result was that the process of presentation is unable to guarantee the issuance of a narration from the Infallible, but it can guarantee the non-issuance, and it is one of the important ways in establishing the definitive direction of the narration and receiving the original intent of its speaker. Modeling the method of the Infallibles: In presenting hadith to the Divine Book, the driving force leads to a conceptual definition called 'Fields of the Hadith Presentation Process to the Quran,' which researchers can utilize in the process of presenting hadith to the Holy Quran. Based on research induction, these fields consist of: 'Writing of the current Mushaf,' 'Recitation of the Mushaf,' 'Context and atmosphere of revelation,' 'Time and order of revelation,' 'Precedence of the verse,' 'Context of the verse,' and 'Quranic indications.' The last three are the most widely used fields for the process of presentation to the Quran.
Machine summary:
In this type of confrontation, various hadiths are presented to the Divine Book, and what is in agreement with the Book of God is accepted, while narrations that contradict the Holy Quran are rejected.
1 But regarding the contradiction and conflict of hadiths with each other in the latter category, it must be said that the intended meaning of two conflicting hadiths is two hadiths that have a stable conflict with each other, not a non-stable one; because if two hadiths have a non-stable conflict with each other, they would be subject to customary reconciliation (jam' urfi), and thus, only the confrontation of the specific and ruling hadith with the Holy Quran would arise, not the general and ruled hadith; for example, it is stated in a narration: إِیَّاکَ وَ مُشَاوَرَةَ النِّسَاءِ، فَإِنَّ رَأْیَهُنَّ إِلَى الأَفْنِ وَ عَزْمَهُنَّ إِلَى الوَهْنِ.
In this way, it can be said that one of the important ways in establishing the definitive direction of a narration and receiving the original intention of its speaker, whether the hadith is definitive in its issuance (qat'i al-sudur) or not, is the confrontation of the hadith with the Divine Book and the definitive Sunnah of the Infallible, and thus, through this confrontation, narrations that have an indication and direction contrary to the outward meaning of the Quranic verses lose their authority.
