On the other hand, thinkers and flagbearers in the field of knowledge and health will be the most deserving interpreters of its historical and national re-reading, so that under the protection of this recognition, they may find a worthy response to the country's management needs in the field of public culture-building in facing disasters, comprehensive and specialized training, and planning in software dimensions and efficient management of unforeseen events.
