Abstract:
The management and leadership of the Prophet (PBUH) in military fields has rarely been subject to the scrutiny and analytical gaze of researchers. The year of the Great Prophet (PBUH) is an ideal opportunity to stimulate movement and thought regarding the existential dimensions of this magnificent personality. What we usually depict in our minds or are familiar with regarding the Prophet (PBUH) and his leadership is a one-dimensional image, primarily focused on his moral and educational conduct. We assume he is merely a spiritual leader who should be an excellent model; thus, we limit his existential dimensions solely to the refinement and construction of humans, guiding humanity to the path of truth, and preaching and exhortation. This article aims to explain the management of the Prophet (PBUH) in military fields. Some believe that His Eminence established a government and fought his enemies without any specific strategy or planning, and achieved victory solely due to the faith and motivation of his forces as well as divine assistance. Such a view of this powerful personality is very superficial. In this article, we have attempted to transform and revise this perspective by addressing various aspects of his management in axes such as: resource and human resource management, training management, political and strategic management, and cultural management.
Machine summary:

However, the amount of mobilization was determined by the type of wars and conflicts, depending on the route of movement, the type and number of the enemy, location, context, and the importance of the war for the commander-in-chief of the army, meaning the Messenger of Allah (PBUH), and this was a demonstration of excellent management of human power and facilities.
