چکیده:
سابقه و هدف: با وجود پیشرفت های حاصله در درمان لوکمی لنفوبلاستیک حاد در کودکان، آسیب آن بر وضعیت روانی-اجتماعی بیماران به خوبی بیان نشده است. این مطالعه ی مقطعی، با هدف تعیین وضعیت عاطفی و رفتاری کودکان دچار لوکمی لنفوبلاستیک حاد در فاز درمان، با استفاده از Child Behavioral Checklist (CBCL) طراحی و اجرا شده است. مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه، 100 کودک دچار ALL (متوسط سنی 7/1±9/8 سال) که به درمانگاه انکولوژی بیمارستان کودکان مفید تهران مراجعه کرده بودند، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. پس از آگاه سازی از سوی روانشناس مطالعه، از والدین بیماران خواسته شد تا به پرسش های پرسشنامه ی CBCL پاسخ دهند. CBCL فرم استاندارد شناخته شده ای است که برای بررسی اختلالات عاطفی/روانی کودکان مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. در پایان نتایج برای کل گروه، بررسی و اختلالات موجود شناسایی گردید. یافته ها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که نقص در عملکرد مدرسه، محدودیت فعالیت گروهی و کمبود فعالیت جمعی در کودکان دچار ALL، بارز است. همچنین، بروز علایم بدنی (سوماتیک) در گروه مورد مطالعه، بارز بود. نتیجه گیری: یافته های این مطالعه نشان می دهد که برخی از رفتارهای جمعی و عملکردی کودکان دچار ALL مختل است که نیاز به بررسی بیشتری دارد. به همین دلیل، شناسایی و پیشگیری از بروز چنین مواردی در کودکان دچار بدخیمی ها ضروری است.
Background and Aim: Despite the progress made in the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in children، damage to their mental and social status of patients are not well discussed. This study is aimed to determine emotional and behavioral status of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia treatment phase using the child behavioral checklist (CBCL)، which has been designed and implemented. Materials and Methods: In this study، 100 children with ALL (mean age 1.7±8.9 years) who were referred to the oncology clinic of Mofid Children’s Hospital in Tehran were studied. With the awareness of the psychologist، the parents were asked to respond to CBCL questionnaire. CBCL is a well-known standard form for affective disorders، which mental cases are used. The survey results for the whole group and the disorder was identified. Results: The results of this study showed that school performance deficit، lack of collective action and collective activity limitation in children with ALL is obvious. Also، physical symptoms (somatic) in the study group was significant. Conclusion: The findings suggest that the collective behavior and functional disorders of children with ALL is disrupted. Therefore، the detection and prevention of such cases is essential in children with malignancies.
