چکیده:
هدف: این تحقیق بهمنظور بررسی دیدگاه معلمان مدارس
فراگیرسازیشده نسبت به حضور دانشآموزان دچار نارسایی در
مدارس عادی انجام شنده روش: تحقیق حاضر از نوع توصیفی, و
روش بهکار پیمایشی میباشد. جامعة آماری این پژوهش شامل
تمام معلمان مدارس ابتدایی مجری طرح آموزش فراگیرسازی شده
میباشد که بهصورت تصادفی دو استان کردستان و فارس از بین ۷
استان انتخاب شدهاند؛ نمونة این تحقیق شامل ۱۵۱ نفر از معلمان
مقطع ابتدایی این مدارس هستند. ابزار استفاده شدة این پژوهش.
پرسشنامه نگرش معلمان نسبت به فراگیرسازی است. یافتهها:
بهمنظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمون ] گروههای مستقل» ضریب
کل آزمون نگرش و خردهمقیاسهای آن بر حسب تحصیلات» گذزاندن
دورههای ضمن خدمت. و جنسیت مورد بررسی قرا گرفت. نتایج آماری
نشان داد که ۷۴/۶ درصد از افراد شرکتکننده در این پژوهش نگرش
مثبت و تا حدودی مثبت نسبت به اجرای طرح دارند؛ بین سطح
تحصیلات و نگرش معلمان نسبت به اجرای طرح دربرگیری کودکان
دچار نارسایی تفاوت معنیدار وجود ندارد. همچنین نگرش معلمانی که
دور آموزش ضمن خدمت را گذراندهاند و معلمانی که این دوره را
نگذراندهاند» تفاوت معنیدار وجود ندارد؛ با وجود این» معلمان آموزش
دیده نگرش مثبتتری در مقایسه با معلمان آموزش ندیده داشتند» در
نهایت مقایسة مبانکین نگرش بین دو جس تقان داد که تقاوت
معنیداری وجود ندارد.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافتههای تحقیق
میتوان نتیجه گرفت که نگرش معلمان نسبت به اجرای طرح
Objective: This study is conducted for assessing the attitude of inclusive schools teachers towards students with failure who were entered into the public schools.
Method: This is a descriptive survey. The population includes all primary school teachers who are executive of the inclusive education project; two provinces of Kurdistan and Fars were selected randomly among seven provinces. The research sample consists of 151 primary school teachers of these schools. The questionnaire of teachers' attitude towards inclusivity is used as the measurement tool. Then، the independent T-test and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data. Regarding the research objective، the total score of attitude test and its subscales were evaluated in terms of level of education، passing in-service training courses and gender.
Results: The results showed that 74.6 percent of the participants had a positive and partly positive attitude towards implementing the project. There is no significant difference between the level of education and attitude of teachers towards implementing the inclusion project of children with failure. Also، there is no significance different between the attitude of teachers who were passed the in-service training courses and the attitude of teachers who were not passed these courses. Eventually، the mean comparison between the two sexes showed no significant difference.
Conclusion: In terms of findings، teachers’ attitudes toward inclusion of children with disabilities are positive in inclusive schools.
