چکیده:
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی مقایسة شیوه مدیریت وکلاسداری معلمان تربیت بدنی در مقاطع تحصیلی ابتدایی، راهنمایی و متوسطةاستان آذربایجان شرقی میباشد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشیمیباشد که به صورت میدانی گردآوری شده است. جامعة آماری این پژوهش را 800 نفر از معلمان تربیت بدنی تمامی مقاطع تحصیلی مدارس استان آذربایجان شرقی تشکیل دادند که 240 نفر از آنهابراساس جدول کرجسای و مورگان و به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چند مرحلهای برای تکمیل پرسشنامه انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامة مورد نظر براساس چارچوب نظری ولفگانگ وگلیکمن و با الگوبرداری از پرسشنامة باورهای معلمان در خصوص کنترل کلاس طراحی شد. از آمارتوصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار، جداول) و آمار استنباطی (آزمون کولموگرف اسمیرنف وخیدو) جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان دادند که اکثرمعلمان دورة ابتدایی، راهنمایی و متوسطه به ترتیب به سبکهای مداخلهگرا، تعاملی و غیر مداخلهگرا گرایش دارند. از سوی دیگر، مقایسة سبک مدیریت کلاس معلمان تربیت بدنی بر اساس جنسیت نشان میدهدکه بین سبک مدیریت معلمان زن ومرد در مقاطع مختلف تحصیلی تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. همچنینمعلمان با تحصیلات فوقدیپلم، بیشتر سبکهای تعاملی و مداخلهگر را بهکار میگیرند و معلمان با تحصیلات فوق لیسانس بیشتر به سبکهای تعاملی و غیر مداخلهگرا تمایل دارند.
The aim of this study is to compare class management styles among physical education teachers in elementary, guidance and secondary schools in East - Azerbaijan province. Main method of this research is descriptive survey which comprises 800 physical education teachers from schools in the East - Azerbaijan province. The multistage cluster is used to select 240 samples according to kerjsay and morgan table for questionnaire completion. The aforementioned questionnaire is designed according to volfgang - gilkeman theoretical framework and is patterned on belief of teacher’s questionnaire for class control (ABCC). Descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, tables) and inferential statistics (KS test, chi - square test) were utilized for data analyzing. The results showed that most of primary school teachers tend to intervention-oriented, interaction and nonintervention-oriented styles. On the other hand, there is no significant difference among management styles of male/female physical education teachers. Moreover, Associate's degreeteacher’s use intervention-oriented and interaction styles and Master's Degree teachers tend to interaction and nonintervention-oriented styles.
