چکیده:
مقدمه: طلاق یکی از عوامل ایجادکننده اختلال روانی در زندگی است. افراد مطلقه بیشتر از افراد متأهل دچار اختلالات روانی میشوند. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی درمان متمرکز بر شفقت بر کاهش افسردگی و اضطراب زنان مطلقه بود. روش: روش پژوهش، طرح تجربی تکموردی از نوع خط پایه چندگانه ناهمزمان بود. بدینمنظور با توجه به ملاک های ورود و خروج چهار نفر از زنان مطلقه با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. آزمودنیها طی چند نوبت خط پایه، 8 جلسه درمان متمرکز بر شفقت و ۲ نوبت پیگیری شرکت کردند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه افسردگی بک و پرسشنامه اضطراب بک بودند. دادهها به روش ترسیم دیداری، شاخص تغییر پایا و فرمول درصد بهبودی تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که درمان متمرکز بر شفقت بر کاهش افسردگی و اضطراب اثر معناداری داشت. پیگیری دو و چهار هفتهای نیز حاکی از پایداری تغییرات درمانی بود. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش حاضر درمان متمرکز بر شفقت بر کاهش افسردگی و اضطراب زنان مطلقه اثر معناداری داشت. بنابراین، این درمان میتواند بهعنوان روشی جدید در کاهش افسردگی و اضطراب برای رواندرمانگران و خانواده درمانگران مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
Introduction: Divorce is considered as one of the
leading factors for mental disorder in persons ‘
life. Mental disorders is more frequent in divorced
persons than married people. The aim of this
study was to determine the effectiveness of
compassion-focused psychotherapy on decreasing
depression and anxiety in divorced women.
Method: The method of the study was noncongruent
multiple baselines experimental single
case design. Four divorced women were selected
using convenience sampling method. Participants
participated in the several baseline steps, 8
intervention compassion-focused therapy sessions
and 2 follow-ups. The instruments used were Beck
Depression Inventory and Beck Anxiety
Inventory. Data were analyzed using Visual
Drawing method, Permanent Change Index, and
Percentage Improvement Formula.
Results: The results showed that compassionfocused
therapy significantly reduced depression
and anxiety symptoms of divorced women. A
follow-up of two or four weeks also indicated the
sustainability of the therapeutic changes.
Conclusion: According to the findings of this
research, compassion-focused therapy could
significantly affect depression and anxiety in
divorced women. Consequently this treatment is
recommended as a useful intervention and a new
method for reducing depression and anxiety to
psychotherapists and family therapists.
