چکیده:
مدل سرشت عاطفی و هیجانی از اجزای مشترک خلق، رفتار، شخصیت و بخشی از شناخت تشکیل شده است و به عنوان یک موضع اصلی بر حیطههای مختلفی مانند رفتار، شناخت، ادراک، توجه، ارتباط، اراده، خلق و عاطفه تاثیر گذارده و تاثیر میپذیرد. مدل سرشت عاطفی و هیجانی یک عنصر کلیدی برای درک سلامت و آسیبشناسیروانی است. هدف این پژوهش مقایسهی سرشت عاطفی و هیجانی در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت ضداجتماعی، مرزی و افراد بهنجار بود. برای این منظور، طی یک پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع علی -مقایسهای 50 مرد مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت ضداجتماعی، 50 مرد مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت مرزی و تعداد 50 مرد بهنجار به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و از نظر سرشت عاطفی و هیجانی مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند.. نتایج تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری نشان داد که بین سه گروه اختلال شخصیت ضداجتماعی، مرزی و افراد بهنجار در ابعاد مختلف سرشتهای عاطفی و هیجانی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. به نظر میرسد که افراد مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت ضداجتماعی و مرزی از لحاظ هیجانی و عاطفی متفاوت هستند. پیشنهاد میشود که با استفاده از نتایج پژوهش حاضر و با تشخیص افتراقی اختلال شخصیت مرزی و ضداجتماعی، برنامه درمانی مناسب و جامع توسط روانشناسان و روانپزشکان جهت بهبود این افراد فراهم شود.
Borderline and antisocial personality disorder is a common and chronic disease that disrupts all aspects of life. Therefore, the present study aimed to compare the affective and emotional temperament among patients with borderline and antisocial personality disorder and normal individuals. The study method is descriptive and causal-comparative. The statistical population consisted of all patients with antisocial and borderline personality disorder in Ardabil central prison and Isar and Fatemi psychiatric hospital in 2018. The sample included 50 patients diagnosed with antisocial personality disorder and 50 patients diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, as well as 50 normal individuals. All subjects were selected based on availability. The data were collected by structured clinical interview for personality disorders and Lara et al.’s affective and emotional composite temperament questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of variance and LSD test.
