چکیده:
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اثربخشی رواندرمانگری شناختی رفتاری جنسی برعملکرد جنسی، باورهای ناکارآمد، دانش و اعتماد بهنفس جنسی زنان مبتلا به اختلالات جنسی بود. روش: روش پژوهش، نیمه آزمایشی و از طرح پیش آزمون - پس آزمون، پیگیری همراه با گروه کنترل استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی زنان 25 تا 45 ساله متاهل شهرستان سنقر که برای مشکلات جنسی به کلنیک روانشناسی و مشاوره آویستا در نیمه اول سال 96 مراجعه کرده بودند را تشکیل میداد. نمونه پژوهش شامل 30 زن بود که به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هر گروه 15 نفر) جایگزین شدند. ابتدا همه آزمودنیها به پرسشنامههای عملکرد جنسی، باورهای ناکارآمد، دانش و اعتماد بهنفس جنسی پاسخ دادند و سپس رواندرمانگری شناختی رفتاری جنسی برای گروه آزمایش در 12 جلسه اجرا شد، اما برای گروه کنترل هیچگونه مداخله درمانی بهکار گرفته نشد. یافتهها: برای تحلیل دادهها از روشهای آماری توصیفی و تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره استفاده شد. درمان شناختی رفتاری جنسی بر عملکرد جنسی، باورهای ناکارآمد، دانش و اعتماد بهنفس جنسی زنان موثر بود (001/0>P). نتیجهگیری: درمان شناختی رفتاری جنسی، اثربخشی ملاحظهپذیری داشت و این روش درمانی میتواند بهعنوان یک روش مداخلهای مفید برای بهبود عملکرد جنسی، باورهای ناکارآمد، دانش و اعتماد بهنفس جنسی زنان مبتلا به اختلالات جنسی بهکار رود.
Aim: The purpose of this study was to determine the
effectiveness of sexual behavioral cognitive
psychotherapy on Sexual Function, Dysfunctional Beliefs,
knowledge and Sexual self-confidence of women with
sexual dysfunction. Method: The research method was
semi-experimental and from pre-test, post-test, follow-up
with control group. The statistical population consisted of
all 25-45 year-old women married in the city of Sonqor,
who were referred to the clinic of psychology and
counseling of Avysta in the first half of the year 96. The
sample consisted of 30 women who were selected by
available sampling method and randomly assigned to two
experimental and control groups (each group of 15). At
first, all subjects responded to sexual function,
Dysfunctional Beliefs, knowledge, and Sexual selfconfidence
questionnaires, and then cognitive behavioral
cognitive psychotherapy was performed for 12 sessions in
the experimental group, but no intervention was used for
the control group. Results: For data analysis, descriptive
statistics and multivariate covariance analysis were used.
Sexual cognitive behavioral therapy was effective on
sexual function, Dysfunctional Beliefs, knowledge and
Sexual self-esteem in women (P <0.001). Conclusion:
Cognitive-behavioral sexual therapy has been considered
to be effective, and this method can be used as an
interventive method to improve sexual function,
Dysfunctional Beliefs, knowledge and sexual selfconfidence
of women with sexual dysfunction.
