چکیده:
زمینه: امروزه مصرف برند لوکس در جامعه ایران نمایان است که میطلبد بصورت راهبردی این مهم مورد توجه واقع گردد. مطالعه پیش رو با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی به دنبال استخراج الگویی از انگیزههای مصرف برند لوکس در کشور ایران است
روش: پژوهش حاضر در زمره پژوهش های کیفی که مبتنی بر نظریه داده بنیاد بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل خبرگان دانشگاهی و متخصصان برند و بازاریابی کشور بودند که با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و اصل اشباع 15 نفر بهعنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب وگردآوری دادهها با روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و عمیق انجام شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از روش های کدگذاری دادهها(اعم از کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری وکدگذاری نظری)استفاده شد.
یافته ها: مدل انگیزههای مصرف برند لوکس در ایران در 8 مقوله اصلی قابل طبقه بندی اند. این مقوله ها عبارتند از: انگیزههای روان شناختی، اخلاقی، فردی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی، عملکردی و ویژگیهای جمعیت شناختی. این انگیزهها با استفاده از ادبیات نظری و مصاحبه با خبرگان در نهایت به دو دسته انگیزه آشکار و پنهان تقسیم شد.
نتیجه گیری: انگیزه های اجتماعی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی ، عملکردی و جمعیتی مصرف بند لوکس یا همان تجمل گرایی آشکار و ملموس هستند. اما در پس آن انگیزه های پنهان نیز قرار دارند. انگیزه های فردی، روانشناختی و اخلاقی کمتر ملموس اند و اهمیتی ویژه در مصرف برند لوکس دارند.
Background: Nowadays, luxury brand consumption in the Iranian society is evident, which requires to be strategically considered. The present study, using a qualitative approach, seeks to extract a pattern of luxury brand consumption in Iran.
Method: The present study was a qualitative research based on data theory. The statistical population of the study consisted of academic experts and brand and marketing experts of the country. Using purposeful sampling and saturation principle, 15 individuals were selected as sample size and data were collected through semi-structured and in-depth interviews. Data coding methods (open coding, axial coding, and theoretical coding) were used to analyze the data.
Results: The model of luxury brand consumption incentives in Iran can be classified into 8 main categories. These include: psychological, ethical, individual, economic, social, cultural, functional and demographic motivations. These motives were eventually divided into two categories: open and hidden, using theoretical literature and interviewing experts.
Conclusion: The social, cultural, economic, functional, and demographic motives for luxury band consumption, or luxury, are obvious. But behind that are hidden motives. Individual, psychological, and ethical motivations are less tangible and are of particular importance for luxury brand consumption.
