The statistical population included all teachers of middle schools in Region 4 of Shiraz during the school year 2015-2016. Data collection was done using Multistage cluster sampling . Groups 1 and 2 received seven 1.5-hour-long REBT and DMT sessions, respectively. The control group did not receive any intervention. The post-test and 1-month post-intervention follow up were implemented and the obtained data was analyzed using appropriate statistical methods.
