چکیده:
تبیین معیارهای کارایی در هر صنعتی از جمله مقدمات سرمایهگذاری و انتخاب شرکت در آن صنعت محسوب می شود. سرمایهگذاران بورس اوراق بهادار تهران برای انتخاب سهام از صنعت بانکداری با توجه به پیچیدگی صورتهای مالی و رویههای حسابداری آن از معیارهای مشخصی جهت انتخاب سهام استفاده میکنند. هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی نظام بانکی کشور از حیث کارایی مبتنی بر شاخصهای حسابداری میباشد. پژوهش حاضر در پی پاسخگویی به این است که معیارهای کارایی حسابداری در صنعت بانکداری بدون ربای ایران چیست؟ و از بین معیارهای موجود در ادبیات موضوع کدام معیارها مدنظر سرمایهگذاران است و رتبهبندی این معیارها چگونه است؟ جهت پاسخگویی به این سؤالات در پژوهش حاضر از روشهای تحقیق گوناگونی از جمله تاپسیس استفاده شده است. از بین 15 معیار کارایی حسابداری، تعداد 10 معیار مورد تأیید قرار گرفتند که میتوان به نسبت ذخیره مطالبات مشکوک الوصول به تسهیلات، بازده حقوق صاحبان سهام اشاره کرد. از منظر سرمایهگذاران بازده حقوق صاحبان سهام مهمترین عامل در بررسی سهام بانکیها میباشد. نسبت ذخیره مطالبات مشکوک الوصول به تسهیلات دومین شاخص کارایی موثر از منظر سرمایه گذاران است. درصد تسهیلات به سپرده سومین شاخص انتخابی سرمایهگذاران است.
Explaining the performance criteria in each industry, including the basics of investing and selecting a company in that industry. Investors in the Tehran Stock Exchange use specific criteria for selecting stocks in the banking industry due to the complexity of their financial statements and accounting procedures. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the efficiency of the banking system of the country based on accounting indices. The present study seeks to answer the question of what are the criteria of accounting efficiency in the banking industry without Iranian abductors? And among the criteria in the literature, which criteria do investors consider, and how do they rank? In order to answer these questions, various research methods, including TOPSIS, have been used in this study. Out of the 15 criteria for accounting efficiency, 10 were approved, which can be attributed to the stock of doubtful receivables to facilities, equity returns. From investors' perspective, equity returns are the most important factor in examining bank stocks. The ratio of storage of suspicious receivables to facilities is the second most effective indicator of performance from the investors' perspective. The interest rate on deposits is the third investor-selected index.
