چکیده:
پژوهش حاضر به بررسی گرایشات سلامت معنوی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد واحد تهران شمال در سال 1399 پرداخته است. این مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل 200 نفراز دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد واحد تهران شمال، دانشکده روانشناسی که واجد شرایط شرکت در پژوهش بودند، با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامههای بهزیستی روانشناختی (کی یز و ماگیارمو، 2003)، گرایشات سلامت معنوی (آلیسون و پولتزین، 1982) پاسخ دادند. تحلیل دادههای پژوهش با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون انجام شد. نتایج حاصل از این تحلیل نشان داد که بین متغیرهای گرایشات سلامت معنوی و بهزیستی روانشناختی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد (05/0 p <). معنویت و دینداری میتوانند به عنوان راهبردهای مثبت برای افزایش معنا در زندگی، امید و تعاملات اجتماعی در افراد و همچنین برای مقابله با بیماریهای روانشناختی از قبیل افسردگی، احساس تنهایی مفید باشد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که در حدود 5 درصد از بهزیستی روانشناختی بر اساس معنویت دانشجویان پیش بینی میشود.
The present study examines the trends of spiritual health on the psychological well-being of students at the North Tehran Branch of the Azad University in 1399. This study was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population consisted of 200 students of Azad University, North Tehran Branch, Faculty of Psychology who were eligible to participate in the study, were selected using available sampling method and psychological well-being questionnaires (Keys and Magyarmo, 2003), spiritual health trends (Allison and Poltzin, 1982) responded. Research data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and regression.The results of this analysis showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables of spiritual health and psychological well-being (p <0.05). Spirituality and religiosity can be useful as positive strategies to increase meaning in life, hope and social interactions in people, as well as to deal with psychological illnesses such as depression, loneliness. The results also showed that about 5% of psychological well-being is predicted based on students' spirituality.
