چکیده:
در پژوهش حاضر اثربخشی بسته آموزشی تنظیم هیجانی گروس بر تعللورزی دانشجویان دختر بررسی شده است. جامعه پژوهش دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه بیرجند در دوره کارشناسی و کارشناسیارشد در سال تحصیلی 1397-1396 را شامل میشود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 30 نفر از دانشجویان دختر است که نمره تعللورزی و دشواری در تنظیم هیجان آنها در پرسشنامههای تعللورزی و دشواری در تنظیم هیجان بالا بوده است و در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدهاند. روش پژوهش شبهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون ـ پسآزمون با گروه کنترل و یک مرحله پیگیری است. برای آموزش تنظیم هیجانی از بسته آموزش تنظیم هیجان مبتنی بر مدل گروس استفاده شده است. ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه تعللورزی شوارز و دیهل (2000) و مقیاس دشواری در تنظیم هیجانی گراتز و رومر (2004) است. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر تحلیل شدند. یافتهها نشان داد نمره آزمودنیها در مرحله پسآزمون در متغیر تعللورزی و دشواری در تنظیم هیجان کاهش یافته و بیانگر این است که آموزش تاثیرگذار بوده است. بر مبنای نتایج، آموزش تنظیم هیجانی میتواند اثربخش باشد و علاوه بر اینکه میزان تعللورزی را در دانشجویان دختر کاهش میدهد، از طریق کاهش دادن دشواری در تنظیم هیجان، باعث تسهیل تنظیم هیجان نیز در دانشجویان میشود.
In this study, effectiveness of Gross emotion regulation training package on procrastination of female students has been investigated. The research population consisted of female students of the University of Birjand includes undergraduate and postgraduate students in the academic year 2017-2018. The research sample consisted of 30 female students whose procrastination and difficulty in emotion regulation were high in the procrastination and high emotion regulation questionnaires and were assigned to experimental and control groups. The research method is quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest design with control group and one follow-up. To teach emotion regulation, emotion regulation training package based on the Gross model is used. The instrument used is the Schwarz and Diehl Procrastination Questionnaire (2000) and the Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS) of Gratz and Roemer (2004). Data were analyzed using repeated measure. The findings showed that the subjects' score in the post-test phase in the procrastination variable and the difficulty in adjusting the excitement declined and indicated that the training was effective. Based on the results, emotional regulation training can be effective and, in addition to reducing the amount of procrastination in female students, it facilitates the adjustment of excitement among students by reducing the difficulty in regulating excitement.
