چکیده:
رقابت های ورزشی فرصت تعامل با فرهنگهای دیگر ملل را برای مربیان فراهم میکند. مربیان در زمان ترک میهن جهت فرآیند تصمیمگیری به شناخت چگونگی تغییر فرهنگها و تاثیر یک فرهنگ بر رفتار خود و ورزشکاران نیاز دارند. هدف این مقاله واکاوی مضمون هوش فرهنگی شناختی مربیان بین المللی ایران بوده است.روش تحقیق پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی، که در آن از سنت پدیدارشناسی، در جهت مطالعه تجربه زیسته یا جهان زندگی افراد استفاده گردیده است. در این پژوهش، 10 نفر (7مرد و 3 زن) از مربیان بینالمللی در رشتههای کاراته، قایقرانی، تنیس روی میز، فوتبال، هندبال، بسکتبال مشارکت کردند که به صورت نمونهگیری هدفمند (گلوله برفی) انتخاب شدند. نتایج این تحقیق برآمده از مصاحبههای انجامشده، مقولههای پایه، سازماندهنده و فراگیر مضمون هوش فرهنگی شناختی مربیان بین المللی ایران را نشان میدهد. مقولههای فراگیر هوش فرهنگی شناختی مشارکتکنندگان به تفکیک شامل 4 مقوله: «تفاوت فرهنگی»، «شباهت فرهنگی»، «دانش فرهنگی» و « برقراری ارتباط موثر» بوده است. طبق بیانات مشارکتکنندگان وسعت دانش عمومی نسبت به عناصر تشکیل دهندهی فرهنگها، درک عمیقی برای مربیان فراهم نموده است، تا در هنگام قرار گرفتن در یک موقعیت متفاوت فرهنگی واکنشی متناسب با آن فرهنگ داشته باشند.
Sports competitions provide coaches with the opportunity to interact with the cultures of other nations. When leaving the country, coaches need to know how cultures change and the impact of a culture on their behavior and that of athletes in the decision-making process. This article aims to analyze the content of cognitive cultural intelligence of Iranian international coaches. The research method of this study is qualitative, in which the tradition of phenomenology has been used to study the lived experience or the world of people's lives. In this study, 10 (7 men and 3 women) international coaches in the fields of karate, sailing, table tennis, football, handball, basketball participated and were selected by purposive sampling (snowball). The findings of this research show the basic, organizational and comprehensive categories of cultural and cognitive intelligence of Iranian international coaches. The comprehensive categories of cognitive cultural intelligence of the participants were divided into 4 subcategories: "cultural difference", "cultural similarity", "cultural knowledge" and "effective communication". According to the participants, the breadth of general knowledge about the constituent elements of cultures has provided a deep understanding for coaches to react appropriately to a culture when they are in a different cultural situation.
