چکیده:
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی روابط بین سبکهای عاطفی، صفات شخصیتی مبتنی بر سیستم فعال ساز و بازداری رفتاری و ارزیابی مجدد مثبت با بهزیستی روانشناختی در نمونه جمعیتی دانشجویان بود. به این منظور از بین جامعه آماری دانشجویان دانشگاه ارومیه تعداد ۳۴۰ نفر بر اساس نمونهگیری خوشهای چند مرحلهای انتخاب شدند. سپس پرسش نامه سبکهای عاطفی، سیستمهای مغزی -رفتاری و ارزیابی مجدد مثبت بین شرکت کنندگان پژوهش توزیع شد تا پاسخ دهند. دادههای گرد آوری شده به منظور بررسی اهداف پژوهش، با استفاده از شاخصهای توصیفی و همبستگی، تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه همزمان و گام به گام، و آزمون تی جفت شده مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که همبستگی مثبت معناداری بین سبکهای عاطفی مثبت و بهزیستی روان شناختی (۰/۰۰۱>P) وجود دارد، همچنین همبستگی مثبت معناداری بین مقیاس بازداری رفتاری با بهزیستی روانشناختی بدست آمد (۰/۰۰۱>P). بین زنان و مردان در بهزیستی روان شناختی تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت و به نظر میرسد بهزیستی روانشناختی با ابعاد زیستی شخصیت و سبکهای عاطفی مرتبط است.
Abstract The aim of the present study was to investigate and draw relations of prediction between the Affective styles, Personality traits based on behavioral activation and inhibition system, positive reappraisal with Psychological well-being in a sample of college student population. For this purpose, from the statistical population of the Urmia university students, 340 were selected by a multistage cluster sampling. Then the affective styles questionnaire, brain-behavioral systems and positive Reappraisal were distributed among research participants to respond. Collected data were analyzed by using descriptive and correlation indicators, simultaneous, stepwise multiple regression analysis and Paired t-test. Results indicated that there is a significant positive correlation between affective styles with Psychological well-being (p<0.001) and also there is a significant positive correlation between behavioral inhibition system and Psychological well-being (p<0.001). There were significant differences between men and women in Psychological well-being and it seems Psychological well-being is related with biological dimensions of personality and affective styles.
