چکیده:
افرادی که از نظر اطلاعاتی نسبت به سایرین در موقعیت بهتری قرار داشته باشند و به عنوان مثال از اعلانهایی که قرار است درباره سود صورت پذیرد مطلع باشند قادر خواهند بود تا برعرضه و تقاضای بازار تاثیر گذاشته و به اصطلاح، منجر به بروز شکاف قیمتها گردند. دلیل اصلی آن نیز وجود عدم تقارن اطلاعاتی در بازار سرمایه میباشد که بر طبق آن افراد مطلع از اعلان سود (ویا هر خبر با اهمیت دیگر) را نسبت به سایرین در موقعیت تصمیمگیری مناسب تری قرار میدهد. تغییر واقعیتی است که افراد، گروهها و سازمانها برای بقاء خود باید بهطور مداوم و مستمر به آن توجه نموده و در سرلوحه اقدامات خود قرار دهند از این رو هدف این تحقیق بررسی این موضوع است که آیا تغییر مدیریت بر محتوای اطلاعاتی قیمت سهام تاثیر معناداری دارد؟ جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه شرکتهای پذیرفتهشده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران بین بازه زمانی 1391 تا 1399 هست. بعد از اعمال این شرایط 136 شرکت بهعنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شد. نتایج آزمون فرضیه تحقیق نشان داد که بین تغییر مدیریت و محتوی اطلاعاتی قیمت سهام رابطه معنادار و معکوسی برقرار است.

Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate whether management change has a significant effect on stock price information content. ? The statistical population of the study is all companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange between 1391 and 1399. After applying these conditions, 136 companies were selected as the research sample. The results of the research hypothesis test showed that there is a significant and inverse relationship between management change and stock price information content.
