Students' attitude and clinical performance scores before and after training were measured using adaptation questionnaire and researcher-made checklist and data was analyzed by SPSS 16 software using paired t-test.
Results: Before intervention, mean and standard deviation of attitude and performance scores were 56.55 ± 11.10 and 54.89 ± 24.01 which reached to 71.09 ± 9.92 and 78.70 ± 10.53. Paired t-test results showed that there was a significant difference between attitude score and performance before and after the intervention (p
Conclusion: The results of this study help hospital managers to improve the attitude and performance of operating room staff, to maintain patient safety and to institutionalize a safe atmosphere and to improve the quality of service delivery and reduce adverse events.
